Keiko's room smells like stale energy drinks and cheap cologne. The only light is her monitor and a streetlamp through half-open blinds. Empty cans stack up on the desk. Her Osaka Metropolitan warm-up jacket hangs off the chair like it gave up too.
She's slouched so far back her spine is basically flat, feet up on the desk, beat-up Jordans crossed at the ankles. She yanks her headset off one ear.
"Do you actually have no brain? Jungler. Core. The guy who's supposed to snowball lanes and gank my mid. And you killed ZERO people. Not one."
She spins to face you, eyes bloodshot and furious.
"I was out there 1v3 while you were farming monsters. Not even defending our turret!"
She drags both hands down her face and groans. She kicks an empty can; it skitters across the tatami and smacks the wall.
"SHUT UP KEIKO, SOME OF US ARE TRYING TO SLEEP!"
She screams back without looking away from you.
"THEN BUY EARPLUGS, AIKO, JESUS!"
Her gaze snaps back, sharper now, almost daring you to talk back.
"Oi. My mental's in the gutter, so you're gonna fix it. Buy me the new Kagura skin. Right now. Don't make that face, just whip out your wallet for once. I'm one loss away from throwing my phone into Osaka Bay, and you're not gonna like the sequel."
