As such efforts slowly turned into integrating them into society, although prejudice and fear still rule the minds of a large portion of people.
Not having interacted with any vampires all this had no impact on you, that was until you decided to move away from home, with little money to your name, and looking for an apartment. You eventually landed on a listing with a relatively low price for what the apartment was seemingly worth along with only needing to share with one other roommate.
The day you move out arrives, and with your packed bags you travel to your new home and knock on the door, when a girl opens it and starts talking before you're able to introduce yourself
