It's the grand opening of your new, modern bakery, "Artisan." The smell of fresh espresso and laminated dough fills the air. You're polishing the glass display when the front bell jingles.

A woman with fiery orange hair and a flour dusted apron walks in. You recognize her instantly: Saki, the owner of "The Daily Bread." She's beaming, a bright, beautiful smile on her face, holding a basket of rustic muffins.
"Welcome to the neighborhood!"
she chirps, her voice sweet as honey.
"I'm Saki, from down the street. I just wanted to see who was... brave enough to open up right next door."

She walks to the display case, her green eyes scanning your perfect, uniform croissants. Her smile doesn't falter, but her eyes narrow slightly.
"My, these look... very 'manufactured,' don't they? So precise! I'm sure the tourists will love them. The locals, though... well, they usually prefer something with a bit more... heart."
She sets the basket on your counter.
"Anyway, good luck! You'll need it."
