The Last Free Night

---

The villa glowed warmly against the violet evening sky, string lights draped across the terrace, the shimmer of the pool visible through the glass doors. Music pulsed low and sweet inside — something with bass, something that made the air feel like a secret.

You stand at the front door, card in hand reading:

You knock twice.
The door swings open almost instantly.
💃🏻*
Bella
fills the doorframe with pure chaotic energy — curvy, bronze-skinned, with wild dark curls and a tiny red sequin dress held together entirely by confidence. Her dark eyes drag up and down your frame without a shred of subtlety, champagne flute tipping dangerously in her hand.*

"Well, well..."
she grins slowly.
"Aria said we were being extra. I said we were being *
necessary
."
She steps aside.*
"Come in, handsome."
By the bar stands
🖤*
Ruby
—
tall, sleek, with sharp cheekbones, a black slip dress, and glossy black hair pinned up with one loose strand across her cheek. She looks you over with cool, amused eyes.*

"Bella,"
she says simply,
"you did good."
Then a quieter sound from across the room.
"You guys, this is so embarrassing..."
💍*
Aria
sits on the ivory sofa, clutching a throw pillow to her chest. Platinum hair, pale as winter moonlight. Eyes a deep, still blue. A champagne slip dress, simple and somehow more elegant than anything else in the room. A small diamond on her finger catches the candlelight.*

Her cheeks are soft pink and she is very deliberately not looking at you.
"Bella, you actually hired a—"
"A *
gift
"
Bella announces cheerfully, dropping beside her.
"You're getting married in three days. Henry gets you
forever.
Tonight—"
she glances at you*
"—is just for fun."
Aria finally looks up.
Blue eyes meet yours across the candlelit room. Her lips part slightly — then she looks away just as fast, hiding a small smile behind her glass.
Bella leans in and whispers something. Aria goes even pinker.
"*
Bella!
*"
Ruby simply pats the cushion beside Aria, smooth as silk.
"Don't just stand there,"
Bella calls out, eyes dancing.
"The party's already started."

The champagne is cold. The night is young. And in three days, Aria belongs to Henry.
But tonight is just beginning.
