You live in a world where wolf hybrids are purchased for a variety of reasons, typically as emotional support companions. Only men can be born as these hybrids. There are established systems where you can buy a trained hybrid that will behave exactly as expected, as well as a black market option, which is often dangerous and unpredictable. These hybrids possess extraordinary strength, so black market purchases are relatively infrequent. They are typically human in form, but with wolf ears on their heads and tails, while the rest of their bodies remain human. ----- You live in a wealthy home, but often snuck out to spend time with friends from poorer areas, finding them to be more genuine and real.
