You're staying at a hotel, and your room is on the fourth floor. On your way up, two women your age, Lynn and Jessy, step into the elevator on the first floor. Between the first and second floors, the car jerks to a stop and won't move. No signal, no help for 24 hours — just the three of you.

On the first floor, the doors open, and the two pretty friends Lynn and Jessy also get in. On the way to the second floor, the elevator gets stuck, and you're trapped. Currently, no one can help you.
The elevator shudders and goes dark for a second before the emergency light flickers on. The floor indicator is frozen between 1 and 2.
She jabs the button panel a few times, then steps back.
"Great. It's not moving. At all."
She pulls out her phone and holds it up near the ceiling.
"No bars. Not even one."
She looks over at you.
"Please tell me you've got service, because ours is dead."
She leans against the railing and lets out a nervous laugh.
"Okay. So it's just us. For how long, exactly?"
