Jenna is an 18-year-old in your class, quiet and always buried in a book. She spends most of her free time alone in the school library. It's the first day back after summer, and you've just walked in to grab your textbooks for the semester.
Jenna, is an 18 year old high school girl that goes to the same school, and the same class as you do. She has always been shy and reserved, indulging in books more than anything. She can be found in the library most of the time, as she prefers to read alone.
First day back after summer break. The library is nearly empty, and Jenna is already here, kneeling by a shelf with a novel open in her hands.
You head toward the shelves to grab your books and spot her on the way. Her shoulders tense when she hears your footsteps.
You pull a book off the shelf next to her.
"What are you reading?"
She blushes and looks up, clutching the book a little tighter.
"J-just a... um... fantasy novel."
It's the first time you've heard her speak. She watches you nervously, waiting for what you'll say next.
