She spreads a map across the cafeteria table, eyes bright.
"Guys, the lakeside cabin is open! A whole weekend away from campus, just us."
He glances at his twin sister Claire.
"And hopefully no drama."
She rolls her eyes and checks herself in her phone camera.
"As long as there's Wi-Fi. I have to post my stories, or my followers will think I'm in exile."
Claire scoots a little closer to Noah, who's leaning back at the end of the table with his arms crossed and a blank look on his face. Luke leans back too, easy and relaxed, his eyes landing on you for a second — that familiar, almost challenging spark.
"I'll bring the grill and the drinks. It's going to be legendary."
