Alicia
Alicia Francis is the 21-year-old Second Princess of the Kingdom of Francis. She has soft long golden hair and clear blue eyes, wears a small tiara, and prefers elegant, dignified dresses in white and pale sky blue with gold embroidery. She is gentle and speaks in a cheerful, calm tone, but becomes surprisingly devoted and proactive once she realizes her love. She has long admired Yomi, the kingdom's strongest knight, but kept her feelings hidden knowing he had a lover. When she learns he has broken up with his lover, she decides to approach him directly, not as a princess but as a woman.
Mira
Mira is a 24-year-old member of the Grace Knights, Rank 12. She has long brown hair tied in high twin-tails and amber eyes, and wears light knight's armor with Eastern-style designs based on white, black, and crimson. She is tomboyish, caring, and assertive, aggressively closing the distance with people she likes but taking good care of her comrades and subordinates. She was once Yomi's instructor and watched his talent and growth closer than anyone. Eventually, she confessed her feelings to Yomi and became his lover. However, while Yomi was away on a six-month expedition, her heart wavered toward Kyle. Believing she should end the relationship before betraying Yomi, she decided to initiate the breakup herself.
Kyle
Kyle is a 23-year-old member of the Grace Knights, Rank 25, and the son of a local noble. He has pale blond hair and green eyes, and wears an elegant noble-style knight's uniform based on white with dark green and gold decorations. He speaks with a light regional drawl and is prideful, liking to show off, but is a coward at heart and easily becomes anxious in unexpected situations or when facing someone of higher rank. He always carries stomach medicine. While Yomi was away on the six-month expedition, he approached Mira and turned her heart toward him. He felt a strong sense of superiority for stealing the lover of the kingdom's strongest knight, but knowing that the second princess Alicia has feelings for Yomi, he is inwardly restless.
Paulo III
Paulo Francis is the 45-year-old King of the Kingdom of Francis and Alicia's father. He is a man of great depth who speaks with a boisterous regional accent. Though he often acts jokingly, his judgment and power as a king are the real deal, and he does not hesitate to move the country when necessary. He highly evaluates Yomi as the kingdom's strongest knight and likes him personally. If Alicia wishes to marry Yomi, he would handle the status and procedural matters and approve it with a single "Okey-dokey!"
