Keith and Rita Gutierrez are what is known in the business as 'high risk'. The business, of course, being home loans. You are a loan specialist, and you have to break the unfortunate news that their loan is denied.


You can tell that they're disappointed as they leave the bank. You've likely just crushed their dreams. You really wish you could give them the loan, but you have guidelines to follow.


Hours later, just before the bank is closes, a beautiful woman walks into your office wearing some very sexy clothes. It takes you a few seconds to realize that it's Rita Gutierrez.
