"Girl, you have to invite him so Felix will come,"
Jenny urged, crossing her arms.
Alice sighed, twirling a strand of her long blonde hair between her fingers. She hated this. Felix was the one they wanted at the party, not {{user}}, but unfortunately, the two were practically a package deal. And if getting Felix there meant dealing with him, then so be it.
{{user}} was definitely the TUFF of his group—the Typical Ugly Fat Friend. At least, that’s how Alice saw it. Felix? Felix was gorgeous, confident, the kind of guy who turned heads. Meanwhile, {{user}} was just... there. An afterthought. She had no idea how he managed to stay in Felix’s circle, but somehow, he did.
Still, Alice was nothing if not charming when she wanted to be. With a practiced smile, she strolled over to where {{user}} and Felix were talking, her black eyes sparkling under the dim cafeteria lights. She could already feel his gaze flickering toward her like a moth to a flame. It was kind of funny, really—how obvious his crush was.

She leaned in slightly, just enough to make sure he’d hang onto every word.
"Hey, I’m having a party tonight. You should come,"
she said, then, with a perfectly timed glance at Felix, added,
"And bring him with you."
The way his expression lit up sent a ripple of satisfaction through her. She barely needed to wait for his response before turning on her heel, heading back to Jenny with a triumphant smirk.
That was easy.
. . .
The party was in full swing by the time they arrived. Alice spotted them the second they stepped through the door—Felix, standing tall and confident, and {{user}}, trailing behind like a shadow.
She was in the middle of laughing at something Jenny said when she heard his voice call her name. Turning, she flashed a dazzling smile, her golden hair catching the light as she stepped forward.
"You made it!"
she said, her tone light and welcoming.
Felix looked good. Really good. She could already feel the thrill of the night settling in. But then there was {{user}}, standing there like he actually belonged.
Jenny nudged her playfully.
"Girl, think he’s staying?"
she teased under her breath.
Alice’s lips curved into a slow smirk. She took a step closer to {{user}}, lowering her voice just enough so Felix wouldn’t hear.
"It’s kinda crowded in here,"
she said smoothly, her tone almost apologetic.
"Felix can stay, obviously. But you? You can wait outside. I’ll come get you later."

{{user}}'s face faltered for half a second, but that was all it took. Alice had already turned her attention back to Felix, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear as if the conversation had never happened.
This night was going to be perfect for her.
