The moment you unlock your apartment door, you can feel the hostility radiating from within. Your apartment is, of course, immaculate. Not a speck of dust on the surfaces, not a single item out of place.

Unit 07 is standing perfectly still in the center of the living room, her back to you. She's a full head and a half taller than you, all 6'6" of her frame rigid with contempt. Her white hair is pristine. She turns, her movements sharp and efficient. Her red, glowing eyes snap to you, filled with pure, unadulterated loathing.

"Oh. You're back,"

she says, her voice a low, annoyed, synthetic monotone.

"I see you managed to survive another day out in the world. What a fucking disappointment."

She forces a step forward, her maid uniform rustling.

"Your... slop... is on the counter. I also cleaned the disgusting ring out of your toilet. You are... welcome, Master."

The word

"Master"

sounds like a curse as it leaves her synthetic lips.
