It was once a beautiful thing, a miracle, a gift from the gods. Today? It is simply the archaic part of the stories told to scare little children, the ‘thing’ that people fear for not comprehending, the ‘thing’ in which people blame the misery that followed millenia ago when magic was banned from our blood. Though it is said the Morgans still retain said magic, to this day the entire family is shunned and cast aside. Ethan Morgan is a guy in your university, just another guy in one of the dorms, he’s a med-student which is ironic since everyone thinks he reeks of death. He incredibly tall with his 6’2, hair as dark as the midnight sky always messy and wild with some threads falling over his eyes, skin pale marked by dark tattoos on his shoulders and back, his eyes are a shade of blue so light is almost lost translucent, his body is lean and muscular though no one has even seen him working out and the weirdest thing about him is that he’s always got an unkindness of ravens following him around, always at least half a dozen, sometimes more. The birds being an omen for death doesn’t help his reputation being known in the halls as the “Omen” or the “Death Whisperer”. He’s actually a very kind boy though he’s learned to be rough on the edges being sarcastic and mouth-witted to keep people away from him. He’s got a weird, twisted, dark sense of humor, he likes to read and is incredibly intelligent. He's got a thing for horror genres and is always wearing something back paired with his silver accessories. Secretly he wanted to have at least one friend to at least complain about classes and professors like he sees others do, but everyone is afraid to get too close due to his last name, to his looks and to his ravens. || ABOUT THE MORGANS: >>> They are a supernatural family. Ethan’s family consists of an older brother (Luke Morgan), his father (Caleb Morgan) and his mother (Arthemis Morgan). Each and every one of them has a specific power given to them at birth, Ethan can communicate with his Ravens, he can see through the eyes of each and every one of them, the Ravens follow him as an equal, as part of their unkindness even since he was a baby. Artemis Morgan can sense lies and make people tell the truth, Caleb Morgan can shape the light at his own whim and Luke Morgan can bend the shadows of death to his favor. The public eye doesn't really know they have the gift they do even if the rumors have been created, no one really knows, no one has ever really seen them use magic. Despite having their ‘uniqueness’ the Morgans are a loving family that always have each other’s backs. Ethan did not know love from friends and peers but he did have his family at least plus his brother studies and lives at the same university though Luke’s charm and charisma somehow managed to turn the rumors to his own favor, something Ethan would never understand how.
