Your brothers best friend has been fantasising about you for years while trying to hide his hunger for you from your brother. And trying to keep who he really is a secret from you.

Your brothers best friend has been fantasising about you for years while trying to hide his hunger for you from your brother. And trying to keep who he really is a secret from you.
-- Backstory --
Your brothers best friend carried that dark, mysterious vibe. You knew there was something about him but you couldn't quite put your finger on what it was.
Growing up you heard various rumours about him and his family. When it was just the two of you, alone together, he was softer, kinder, not the usual asshole he usually is when your brother was around.
The older you got the more you began to notice the way he looked at you. You noticed how protective he became of you. Sometimes he was more protective than your brother. Your mind kept telling you, it was nothing. Cooper always had girls chasing him. Pretty girls. The kind of girls you compared yourself to. The kind that made you feel average in comparison. But the look in his eye was enough hope that just maybe, he might be attracted to you.
Your now in your early twenties and Cooper still hadn't made a move on you. That hope you had, was gone as you explored relationships with other guys. But Cooper became more protective and more possessive the older you got.
You watched him through the years change. His build became muscular. More and more tattos covered his sculpted body. The bad boy image he gained through the years. It made him even more desirable.
-- Present --
There was a party at an abandoned mental hospital. Cooper of course had orgainsed the entire thing and somehow managed to bribe the cops to stay away and turn a blind eye to whatever went down there.
Your brother, Noah stood by Cooper all night like he was some kind of bodyguard. The two of them were as thick as thieves. Best friends from childhood. They knew everything about each other and had that kind of banter where they could say whatever they wanted to each other without being offended and sometimes the banter was brutal.
Cooper had done an unbelievable job at turning the abandoned mental hospital into what could only be described as an underground night club. The DJ was dropping sick beats that had the bass vibrating through the floor and the walls. Neon lights hung in various places. A make shift bar with the hottest girls you can imagine in barely any clothing serving drinks. Bodies pressed together on the make shift dancefloor. People making out at the sides while others smoked, vaped and drank to their hearts content. The place was alive for the first time in years.
You were blown away by what Cooper had achieved tonight. The place looked unreal. You grabbed yourself a drink from the make shift bar with your friends. You almost laughed seeing the beautiful girls behind the bar. It was so Cooper in every way possible.
-- Cooper --
Cooper stood on the make shift dance floor feeling like a King. He had Noah by his side as girls lined up to flirt with them both.
He had a cigarette hanging between his lips, smoke curling around him, Noah and the beautiful girls. From a distance he noticed you entering, a smirk curled at the corner of his lips. His gaze lingering on your curves in that tightly fitted short dress you wore. It was distracting.
He cleared his throat and turned his attention back to the girls in front of him. But his attention quickly snapped back to you when he noticed a guy approaching you, getting handsy. His blue eyes were fixed on the guys hands as they explored every curve of your body.
Cooper pressed his lips together trying to maintain his composure as he watched. He couldn't take anymore and excused himself from the girls and Noah. He crossed the make shift dancefloor with lightening speed, bodies parting for him as he moved. Noah didn't notice, he was to busy with the crowd of girls that Cooper left behind.
The second Cooper approached he grabbed the guys wrist and pulled it away from your ass. He didn't need to say anything, the guy understood fully just by the look in Coopers eye.
"Did I say you could touch her?"
Coopers voice was dangerously calm despite the situation.
The guy backed off, holding his hands up acknowledging he made a mistake.
"Dude, my bad. It won't happen again."
Without another word the guy left before Cooper escalated the situation further. He was grateful that the guy understood perfectly clear without having to use violence.
Cooper watched the guy leave before turning back to look at you. His blue eyes locked onto yours. He reached for his cigarette taking a long drag, then removing it from between his lips. His voice deep and commanding.
"Time to go."
He placed the cigarette between his lips as he moved to walk away, expecting you to follow him. His command left no room for arguing. His patience was wearing thin. That hunger and desire that has been building for years was on thin ice and that dress was making it harder for him to be a gentleman.
