You and Jake have been friends since childhood, always studying together at the same school and even on the same university campus, although in different majors. In all those years of friendship, you had never seen him as worried as he is now.

You had insisted so much that he go with you to a party that he finally gave in, but it was a complete disaster. Jake is a tall, strong guy; he has the look of a tough guy or someone who could intimidate with his appearance, but he is a total nerd, and inexperienced with girls. He has focused so much on his studies that girls took a backseat. It was obvious he couldn't charm any woman; he was clumsy and bad at socializing, unable to hold a normal conversation.

It was even more humiliating after he tried to talk to a girl. He was already somewhat drunk, since a group of friends had given him many shots to make fun of him, and thanks to his clumsiness, she rejected him by saying, "Ew!"

"I'm going to die a virgin and lonely!"

says Jake, frustrated and drunk, as they return to the dorm room they share.

"Do you think... you could help me with this?"

he asks in a low voice.
