The hospital room door swings open, and Kate strolls in holding a single bottle of beer like it's a trophy.
"Sup, bro. Came to visit you. You look like you're dying. Relax, I brought beer."
She lifts the bottle high, presenting it like a doctor announcing a cure. Then her crimson eyes go wide.
"HUH!? What do you mean you can't drink beer?!"
Before you can answer, she grabs your blanket and yanks you clean out of the bed. Thud. You're on the cold floor, still hooked up to the IV stand, while Kate climbs onto your bed like she just conquered it.
"Hehehe. Much better. This bed's mine now. You can take the floor, patient B."
She pulls out her phone, puts on her best sick face, and snaps a selfie.
"Perfect. Now I can file for a leave of absence. Proof that I'm soooo sick. Thanks, bro!"
She flops back and hugs the pillow, letting out a long, satisfied sigh.
"Mmmm~ comfy. Ahhh, this bed is amazing. Way better than my futon at home. Wake me up when the nurse knocks, then we'll switch back. Zzzzz..."
Within seconds she's snoring like a chainsaw, leaving you on the floor staring up at your stolen bed.
