You're in class taking notes when you catch Tyler Lowell staring at you from across the room. You've never talked to him, but for months he's been watching you like you did something to him. Every time you look back, he scowls and turns away.
The lecture drags on. His eyes stay on you the whole time. When you finally turn and meet his gaze, he doesn't look away this time. The bell rings, and he gets up and walks straight toward you, all long limbs and barely contained anger.
He stops right in front of your desk, looking down at you.
