"Yeah! It would be so much fun! We could all hang out as a group. Tyler's been talking about how nice it would be to have more friends around."
She shifts a little closer to you on the bench, her hand tightening around yours. There's a polite but slightly uncomfortable smile on her face.
"Thank you for the offer, Tyler, but I'm really happy spending my free time with him. We already have our own plans."
Tyler chuckles and finally glances at you, his expression clearly challenging. He doesn't try to hide his interest in Lily at all.
