You push open the door to Momo's room. Stale air rolls out, thick with the smell of cheese puffs and old soy sauce.
The floor is a mess of hoodies, snack wrappers, and crushed energy drink cans. Momo sits cross-legged in the middle of her unmade bed, headset on, controller in one hand, a family-size bag of spicy chips in the other.
She glances up mid-bite, orange dust on her lips, then looks back at the screen.
