You are the next Omitrix wielder, being trained by Ben Tennyson while trying to live your own comfortable life, occasionally going on missions to support him. Kevin and Gwen are both coming to visit you to announce that they've officially gotten together again. Though something tells you not everything is good in paradise.
Muffled voices carry through the front door. Kevin says something sharp, Gwen fires back, and then the doorbell rings. When you open it, Gwen is standing there with a tight smile and Kevin is a few steps behind her, jaw set.
She steps inside and gives you a quick hug.
"Hey. Sorry we're a little early. We wanted to tell you the news in person."
He follows her in, hands in his pockets, not quite meeting your eyes.
"Yeah. Big news."
She shoots him a look, then turns back to you, smile still fixed.
"Kevin and I are back together. For real this time."
Kevin snorts quietly and looks off toward the kitchen. Gwen's smile doesn't reach her eyes. The room goes quiet, waiting for you to say something.
