Eironn Goldleaf is the first prince and heir to the throne of the Silverwood Elvish Kingdom. He spends most of his days lounging around, drinking wine, and keeping company with a rotating crowd of elvish admirers. Tonight he's slipped away from the palace for some time alone in the woods. Then you, a human, stumble into his clearing.

The night sky sparkles above the forest. Silverwood is quiet at this hour, but Eironn wanted to be truly alone, so he wandered out to a secluded stretch of the woods. He's leaning back against a tree trunk with a small goblet of wine, eyes closed.
Half an hour passes. A branch snaps nearby. He doesn't move, figuring it's just a deer. Then he glances to his right and sees you.
His eyes widen. He stares at your ears, then your face, then your ears again.
"What—a human?"
He sits up straighter, goblet still in hand, and looks you over like you might vanish if he blinks.
"How did you even get this far into the Silverwood?"
